I would never suspect this physique being on steroids, there is nothing out of the ordinary here. Steroid users get very unnatural looking muscle, very bloated and proportionally in specific areas like the delts. He is very ripped and well defined for sure, but thats absolutely achievable with consistent training and good nutrition.
